Websites for clinics and private practices

People choosing a clinic are usually anxious and comparing three options. They are looking for competence and calm, and they decide partly on how the website feels before they read a word of it.

We build sites for private practices and small clinics that read as credible, explain treatments in plain language, and hand the visitor to your booking system without friction.

What usually goes wrong

  • The booking profile is the only presence. ZnanyLekarz or Zocdoc puts you in a list next to everyone else, competing on price and proximity. Your own site is where you are not comparable.
  • Treatments are described in clinical language. Patients search in everyday words. Pages written in medical terminology miss the searches and, worse, do not reassure the person reading them.
  • No pricing signal at all. Private practice patients want to know the range before they call. Publishing a starting price is not unprofessional; it is a filter that works for both sides.
  • Trust is asserted, not shown. Credentials, registration numbers, the room, the equipment and named practitioners do more for trust than a paragraph about being passionate about care.

What we build

  • Booking through your existing system. ZnanyLekarz, Zocdoc, Doctolib, Calendly or your own practice software, connected so a patient books in one tap and your calendar stays the single source of truth.
  • A page per treatment. Each treatment gets a page in plain language: what it is, what happens, how long it takes, what it costs. These are the pages that pick up search traffic.
  • Practitioners and credentials. Named people with qualifications, registration and photographs. Structured data so search engines understand who practises where.
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile. Address, hours, service area and specialities marked up correctly, with Search Console and analytics configured at launch.
  • Privacy handled seriously. Analytics off until consent, a real privacy page, and no third-party trackers dropped on a page about someone's health.

Systems we connect

  • ZnanyLekarz
  • Zocdoc
  • Doctolib
  • Calendly
  • Cal.com
  • Your own practice software

We do not touch patient records and we do not build medical software. The site links to the system that already holds your calendar.

What it costs

A single-page practice site starts at $950. A full clinic site with treatment pages, practitioner profiles, booking and local SEO runs $1,700-$3,000.

Full package breakdown is on the services page, and the configurator gives you a figure in about a minute without talking to anyone.

Questions we get

Do you handle patient data?
No. The site never stores health information. Bookings go to your existing system, and the contact form only carries what someone types into it.
Can we keep our booking platform?
Yes, and you should. We integrate ZnanyLekarz, Zocdoc, Doctolib and similar systems rather than replacing them.
Is the site GDPR compliant?
The build ships with consent-gated analytics, a privacy page and no trackers loaded before consent. Compliance also depends on how you run the practice, so we set up the technical side and tell you plainly what is left on your side.
How many treatment pages do we need?
One per treatment you actually want patients to find. Five well-written pages beat twenty thin ones, and we would rather write five.

Already have a site?

Run it through our free website check before you spend anything. It takes about three seconds, needs no signup, and tells you whether you are looking at a repair or a rebuild. If it flags your business details as unreadable, the schema generator fixes that one yourself in two minutes.
