Check your website in three seconds
Paste your address. You get a plain-English report on the fifteen things a local business most often loses customers over: speed, phones, booking, and whether Google can read your business details at all. No signup, nothing stored.
Free, no signup. We fetch the page once and store nothing - not the address, not the result.
What it checks
Can people reach it safely
- HTTPS, and whether the insecure address redirects to it
- How long the page takes to answer, and how heavy it is
- How many scripts a phone has to run before the page is usable
Can Google understand it
- Page title and search description, and whether they are the right length
- A single main heading
- Structured business data: address, hours, phone in a form search engines read
- Declared language
Does it work on a phone
- Mobile viewport
- A tap-to-call phone number
- An address or map link
- A booking system or at least a form
Is the content doing its job
- Menus or price lists trapped in a PDF
- Image descriptions
- Modern image formats
- Link previews when someone shares you in a message
What it cannot check
It reads the HTML your website sends and nothing else. That means it cannot judge whether your design is any good, cannot see content that a script draws after the page loads, and only looks at the single page you give it rather than the whole site.
A high score means the foundations are right. It does not mean the site is persuasive, and no tool will tell you that. What a good score does mean is that you are not losing people for reasons that have nothing to do with your business.
Questions
- Is it really free?
- Yes, and there is no signup, no email wall and no upsell in the middle of the report. We fetch your page once and show you everything we found.
- Do you store my website address?
- No. The check runs, the result goes back to your browser, and nothing is written down. There is no database behind this page.
- How is this different from PageSpeed Insights?
- PageSpeed measures loading performance in depth and reports it in engineering terms. This checks the practical things a local business loses customers over, and says what each one means in plain English. They complement each other.
- What can it not see?
- It reads the HTML your site sends, so it cannot judge design, cannot see content a script draws after loading, and only looks at the one page you give it. A high score means the basics are right, not that the site is good.
- Will you email me about the result?
- No. We do not receive it. If you want an opinion from us, you have to ask, which seems like the right way round.
Fix the structured data first
If the report flagged “Business details Google can read”, that is the one you can fix yourself in about two minutes. The business schema generator turns a short form into the code that states your hours, address and phone number in a format search engines read directly. Paste it in, run this check again, watch the line turn green.
Once you know what is broken
Most of it you can fix yourself. Where the report points at something structural - a builder shipping half a megabyte of HTML, a menu locked in a PDF, no booking route at all - these pages go through what a proper build includes for your trade.
