WovenSites is a web studio operating the website wovensites.com. For any privacy question, email us at hello@wovensites.com. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

When you contact us - through the contact form or the project configurator - we receive the details you enter: your name, email, optionally your company, and your message. We use them only to reply and to prepare a proposal. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Technical logs. Like any website, our infrastructure processes basic request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages, deliver email and keep the site secure. This is standard hosting activity.

Essential (always on). We store small amounts of data in your browser to remember your cookie choice and to keep interactive parts of the site working (for example your progress in the configurator). These are not used for tracking and never leave your device for advertising.

Analytics - Microsoft Clarity (optional, off by default). Only if you accept, we load Microsoft Clarity, which helps us see how the site is used - aggregated usage, heatmaps and session insights - so we can improve it. Clarity sets cookies named _clck and _clsk. Nothing analytics-related loads until you choose “Accept all”, and you can withdraw consent at any time below.

Cookie settings

• Cloudflare - hosting, content delivery, security and email routing for messages you send us.
• Microsoft Clarity- product analytics, loaded only after you opt in. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
• Resend - sends the confirmation email to you after you submit the form (when enabled).
• Google Search Console - we verify the domain (via a DNS record) so we can see how the site performs in Google Search. It does not place cookies on your device through this site.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for analytics. To exercise any of these, email hello@wovensites.com or use the Cookie settings button above. We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to carry out our work together.

We may update this page as the site evolves. The date at the top always reflects the latest version.
